Alpha Lambda Delta’s mission is to recognize and encourage academic excellence among first-year college students while fostering leadership, service, and lifelong learning. ALD strives to build a supportive community that empowers students to reach their full academic and personal potential and to make meaningful contributions to their campuses and communities.
